Take a walk — inside your home or outside in nature. This time, choose every turn you wouldn’t normally take.
Pause, notice, and observe:
What do you find when you step off your usual path?
What new sights, sounds, or sensations emerge?
How does this unexpected route shift your energy or your perspective?
This practice invites you to embrace uncertainty and curiosity, the key ingredients in creative renewal. It’s a way to realign with yourself, breaking the compacted soil of routine so fresh ideas and inspiration can take root.
