Autumn online offerings begin next weekend… read to the end for dates and details
Dear all,
Thank you to those who wrote to let me know about the broken link in last week’s newsletter, and for your patience while I reshaped things a little.
I realised that in my eagerness to share everything at once, I hadn’t given myself (or you) enough breathing space between each offering. So I’ve adjusted the space between courses and changed the dates slightly to create more time to talk about each one properly.
Sometimes the best plans simply need a pause.
If you’d already planned to join, I hope these new timings still suit you. And if you’re just considering it, there’s now a little more space to decide.
We begin next Sunday with An Introduction to Ayurvedic Cooking, followed by 30 Day’s of Yoga on the Monday…. Here are the updated dates and links for the autumn online sessions:
An Introduction to Ayurveda
Sunday 19th October
Join Tamsin for a practical 2hr online workshop where food becomes medicine, with simple Ayurvedic principles, cooking guidance, and easy recipes to help you restore digestion, balance emotions, and feel nourished every day.
30 Days of Yoga
Monday 20 October
Join me every morning for a live practice that is intentionally simple and supportive. Together we’ll go beyond the resistance of the mind to develop a regular daily practice that offers clarity, focus, flexibility, and radiant energy.
Replenish: 4-weeks of simple cooking and everyday Ayurveda
Sunday 9 November
Learn to cook simply and eat with ease in this 4-week guided programme. With weekly recipes and live support, you’ll nourish your body, calm your mind, and restore your natural vitality.
REST: Breathwork for beginners
Monday November 17th, 24th & 1st December
3 Mondays, 3 simple practices. Learn how a steady, intentional breath calms the nervous system, improves sleep, supports digestion, clears the mind, and uplifts your mood. With practice, it becomes a tool you can return to anytime you need balance, focus, or a sense of ease.
