Dear all,
If you read my last newsletter redirecting you to my new website you may have noticed there are no Yoga retreats. I forgot to add a Yoga section, which has since been added, possibly because I don’t see any separation in what I do.
The same intention and contemplative approach is always there. My daily practices keep my energy optimal and my mind open to lean in and trust that a higher intelligence has got my back to guide me forward. For me, everything is Yoga.
And I have one person to thank for the fortuitous moment, when I found myself sitting at the feet of Swami Govindananda, during morning meditation at his Ashram in Kerala in 2013. I loved being at the Ashram so much I asked if I could stay on as supporting staff.
After that first encounter, I visited most winters, refuelling my energy and enjoying the environment and teachers who helped me see life in a completely different way. De-programming the need for productivity to follow an innate intelligence, that I now trust does a better job of leading my life than I could plan for myself.
This way of being is the backbone that supports my life and work as I support coaching clients to find balance and release energetic blocks that impair vision and progress. Science would call it quantum physics, yogis call it intuition.
For me, it’s an endless source of fascination.
To understand we are limitless is the greatest power, as change is always within our ability. Our world is only a construct of our thoughts and when we change our thoughts, we then begin to change our reality.
You can visit Swami Govindananda Saraswati at his Ashram based in Amboli, Maharastra, India.
Coming next is a post and online workshop on how to create the life you wish through vision boarding and intentional thoughts.
Until then,
Much love,
Tamsin x

Love how all of your practices—pottery, yoga, coaching, photography, not to mention creating a haven in the southwest—are converging into a creative, fulfilling whole. Bravo to you, Tamsin!
