40 days of Yoga and Meditation came to completion today and I have nothing but gratitude to those who made my mornings magical.
Here are a few words from some of the group who joined me from June 3rd to July 12th…
From the quiet of the morning,
40 days of practice gave us,
freedom from our minds
and more time in our day,
thanks to the discipline we developed,
supported by the group.
As we rolled from our beds to our mat
to breathe, meditate and stretch,
the pace slowed down,
and rushing ceased,
for us to taste the stillness,
and appreciate each moment,
making every day,
more peaceful,
more spacious,
and
a little more special.
