Six weeks to transform your relationship with food (and yourself)
Replenish - Ayurvedic Program starting March 15th
Those of you who have been following me a long while may remember I launched a newsletter back in 2023 called The Power of Two - my approach to Ayurvedic food. I had intended to write recipes each week, but as soon as I launched it I realised my menopause brain could not manage the work it entailed. So I let it rest.
Two years later, having cooked on retreat in the UK and being asked if I would teach this way of eating, I felt a responsibility to others’ wellbeing to revisit my approach to cooking. Now with my brain power back, and a new energy to finally explore how to bring my intuitive approach and Ayurveda into something others could make their own.
Since October, I have run two courses, shaped by each group’s feedback, learning how to translate this knowledge into something accessible for everyday busy lives, and the results have been so wonderful - restoring a sense of faith in those that had struggled with persistent health issues, and reigniting a spark for those that sought inspiration in the kitchen.
And so Replenish has evolved - into a full six-week course, beginning March 15th.
“The last four weeks have been life-changing. I have suffered with digestive issues for many years, and by embracing these changes, these issues have gradually eased. It can be challenging to change your eating habits, as it can trigger you emotionally. Tamsin was always there with support and helpful suggestions.”
Perhaps this feels familiar? The tiredness, the restless nights, that complicated relationship with food that no plan has quite resolved. You know what you should eat, and yet somehow it never quite translates into how you actually feel in your body.
This is where Ayurveda provides insight, because what nourishes one person can deplete another, therefore, understanding your own needs changes everything. It’s a compassionate practice that makes food intuitive, and something that becomes a part of how you live.
The Six-Week Journey
Weeks 1-2 - Foundation
We begin by building understanding before you step into the kitchen. You’ll learn the core principles of Ayurveda, set up your kitchen with essential spices and ingredients, and discover your unique constitution through a personalised one-to-one consultation.
In Week 2 - We explore Agni (digestive fire) and Ama (toxicity);
understanding how you digest food and process thoughts, emotions, and experiences. This foundational understanding changes everything that follows. You’ll receive your first week of recipes and begin cooking simple, nourishing meals that gently cleanse and reset your system.
Weeks 3-5 - Active Cooking Phase:
Each week includes a live session with cooking demonstration, seasonal recipes, shopping lists, and ongoing email support.
Week 3 – Food Balance & Combining:
Explore what creates a truly balanced plate; how to maintain steady blood sugar, support metabolism and gut health through timing, preparation methods, and food combinations. You’ll receive your second week of recipes.
Week 4 – The Six Tastes:
Learn about Rasa; how each taste affects your emotions, energy, and constitution. You’ll understand why certain foods satisfy you deeply whilst others leave you reaching for more. Third week of recipes with more variation and complexity.
Week 5 – Herbs & Spices:
Discover how warming spices kindle digestion and create flavour without overwhelm. This is when you begin to notice the effects of the diet and the meal plans begin to feel like second nature. You’ll receive your final week of recipes.
Week 6: Integration
We close by exploring how to apply these principles sustainably in your daily life. You’ll work with the emotions and body awareness tracker, learning to read your own system and adjust your food choices intuitively. This is where knowledge becomes embodied practice.
What past participants have experienced:
“I feel as if I have been operating at a fraction of my potential for so long, always allowing myself to be ruled by my senses. I feel so much better, much more in control of myself, not in a negative way, but wanting to make healthy choices and enjoying the feeling of lightness and wellbeing.”
“I started looking forward to cooking. Every cooking session became evidence of self-care that fed me mentally, not just physically. That feeling of agency and control over my own life is really empowering.”
“I now light a candle, use a nice napkin, favourite pottery to eat from. Just giving myself some love with these simple actions feels good.”
