For those of you who are new here, food has always been at the heart of my work. Over the years, I’ve cooked on retreats and guided Ayurvedic workshops, exploring how what we eat shapes how we feel.

I’m now delighted to share that you can join me online for REPLENISH, beginning Sunday, 9th November. This four-week course blends live sessions, video guidance, and written materials, all designed for you to follow in your own time zone, should you not be able to attend live.
