It’s that time again, the invitation to join the next 30 Days of Yoga has arrived in your inbox.
What began in May 2024 as a simple call for sangha or community has grown into a supportive circle that is now entering its seventh round. It remains one of the most meaningful offerings I share, for the quiet guidance and transformation it brings.
Getting up early and investing in yourself each day gives you so much more than movement. This practice isn’t about pushing harder or performing better; it’s about seeing your life through a gentler lens, all without leaving home.
Over 30 days, we meet online each morning to breathe, stretch, and reconnect, gradually building strength, balance, and focus. The steady pace supports better sleep, brighter moods, and calmer emotions.
Classes begin Monday October 20th at 6am UK / 7am Europe and last 75 minutes. Each session includes breathwork, movement and relaxation, and recordings are available if you prefer to practice later. We also gather on Sundays for informal check-ins, a chance to reflect and stay supported as a group.
30 Days of Yoga has helped many to reorder their days, their focus, and gain more energy and ease in their everyday lives. I hope you’ll join us for this next round and discover what a month of quiet, consistent practice can open in you.
