After a week of nourishing food, good company, and restful moments, I’m feeling the pull to step onto the mat, and I’d love for you to join me in a 30-day journey of Yoga, where we’ll move together—body and mind—transitioning from resistance to resilience, and ultimately, into radiant energy.
Perhaps you’ve thought about joining before but felt unsure about early mornings? Or maybe committing to every single session seems like too much, but you’re still wishing to take part?

From increased energy to ease of movement, mental clarity, joy and vitality gained from an overall body conditioning and strength that increases gradually and sustainably throughout the month.
When you sign up, you will receive a preparation video one week before we begin on how to practice the breathwork, what to bring to class and how to prepare in advance to make this challenge attainable. The practice offers variations to introduce weights for those with good all-around body strength who wish to build upon this. Details for weights are included in the video.
I wanted to let you know that I feel so good today. For the first time in so long, I feel bright and energised going into a Monday morning. I was worried ahead of starting that I would struggle to motivate myself to get up in the morning, but I have been actively looking forward to our sessions, and I leave feeling like I have invested in myself and my health and am ready for whatever the day may throw at me. Our practice includes breath work to clear and energise the mind, a series of slow vinyasa salutations with longer held postures and final relaxation.

HOW?
You can sign up to join the online yoga studio using the button below. You will receive your Zoom access details one hour before each class, and details of how you can access the preparation videos and recorded sessions library will be emailed to you one week before we begin.
