Hello All,
I begin a 40-day Sadhana from Monday, June 3rd until Saturday, July 13th.
You are welcome to join me online, for free, every morning, as I offer 30 minutes of meditation, 30 minutes of breath work (or Pranayama) and 60 minutes of Yoga Asanas.

Sadhana is the Sanskrit word for discipline, specifically in yoga to develop mental, physical and intuitive capacity.
This is an opportunity to cleanse and regulate your nervous system, calm the mind, develop flexibility and discover a new commitment to your Yoga Practice, and the passions you wish to commit to in life, with support, encouragement and accountability.
It’s a wonderful way to realise new depths and inner strength that will open doors and opportunities for you, as your energy lifts and your mind becomes focused.
